Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Deli/Bakery Clerk to keep our deli/bakery cases stocked, clean, and inviting. You’ll assist customers, maintain product rotation, and help ensure accurate labeling and pricing while following safety guidelines.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years grocery retail experience; prior natural foods experience is a plus. We offer weekly pay, scheduling flexibility, paid parental leave, and team member discounts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years grocery retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps deli/bakery cases stocked and clean.
• Assists customers with purchases and product selection; provides information and recommendations.
• Inspects and logs products for temperature, quality, and shipment accuracy.
• Maintains pricing accuracy and signage.
• Prepares deli/bakery items using standard recipes and ingredients.
• Follows safety guidelines and ensures overall department cleanliness.
