Description

A Deli Bakery Clerk at Carlie C's IGA provides prompt and friendly customer service, which is the top priority. As a Deli/Bakery Clerk, you'll handle a variety of tasks including preparing, serving, cooking, and cleaning, covering everything from fried chicken to 9-layer cakes.

Duties

• Use scales and printers, understand tare weight.
• Use and sharpen meat/cheese slicer.
• Operate chicken fryer, monitor grease levels.
• Prepare meals for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
• Understand portion control.
• Monitor food temperature requirements.
• Operate oven and proof box.
• Keep sales area stocked and rotated.
• Clean and sanitize the area.
• Maintain Carlie C's Uniform Standards.
• Perform any other daily operational duties as directed by the Deli/Bakery Manager.

Qualifications
