Job summary

Meijer in Boardman Township, OH is seeking a Food Clerk to create a fresh, welcoming store experience across Fresh departments. You will connect with customers, share product knowledge, and keep displays stocked and organized.

You will use technology to complete tasks, follow food safety procedures, and work across Meat, Produce, Grocery, and Deli as needed. Prior retail or food service helps, but is not required; physical activity is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to learn and use store technology and POS systems.
• Comfort staying active in a fast-paced grocery environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
