Responsibilities

• Set and maintain service and self-service cases.
• Promote products by preparing and offering samples.
• Rotate and cull products to ensure freshness.
• Scan waste to ensure accurate shrink recording.
• Clean and sanitize department and equipment.
• Follow safe food handling and personal hygiene practices.
• Follow safety practices, including lockout/tag out of equipment.
• Receive, verify, price and store deliveries.
• Ensure products, sandwiches and salads are prepared to specifications.
• Stay current on food trends and items relevant to department.
• Adhere to Busch’s policies, practices and procedures.
• Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates.
