Successful candidates should have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position requires physical stamina for standing, lifting, and working around kitchen equipment, along with a commitment to quality, teamwork, and providing a positive shopping experience.
