Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring at our Richfield Township location for a team member who will prepare, package, and sell store-baked products to company standards. You will organize and stock work areas, and follow process cards to ensure food is prepared safely and to spec.

We seek candidates with incredible guest service, the ability to handle transactions accurately, and strong teamwork. Positions offer weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow within our travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• ServSafe certification preferred (if applicable).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
