Pilot Company is hiring for a guest-focused team member in Wisconsin. Earn $11.60–$15.70 per hour with weekly pay, meals, health plans, and time off. You’ll prepare and sell bakery items, stock areas, and follow safety standards to deliver great guest experiences.

The role emphasizes excellent service, accurate sales, food prep, and teamwork, with opportunities to train for other travel-center roles and advance professionally.
