Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring at our Texas/Lufkin location to prepare, package, and sell store-baked products while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Team members contribute to a friendly, guest-focused environment and support daily operations with accuracy.

You will handle transactions, follow food safety standards, and work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth service across shifts, including flexible scheduling as needed.
