Pilot Company in New Jersey is hiring a crew member to prepare, package, and sell store-baked products, while delivering friendly guest service and keeping work areas clean and organized. You will follow company standards and interact with customers to create a positive experience.

This entry-level role offers weekly pay, a flexible schedule, and benefits for full-time teammates, with opportunities to grow into other positions within our travel centers and restaurants. No two days are the same.
