Job summary

Pilot Company in Texas is seeking a Store Team Member to prepare, package, and sell store-baked products to company standards. You will organize and stock work areas, follow process cards for food preparation, and ensure food safety practices.

Ideal candidates have strong guest-service skills, can handle accurate sales transactions, and work well in a team. Flexible schedule with opportunities to work various shifts is common at Pilot Company.
