Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring at our Georgia travel centers. The starting pay ranges from 11.38 to 14.88 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits for eligible team members.

This role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service, accurate sales transactions, and safe, efficient food preparation in a fast-paced retail environment. You will organize and stock work areas, follow standardized processes, and work as part of a team across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food, maintain processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
