• Ability to follow recipe manuals and portioning standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to the recipe manual by cutting, weighing, portioning, and following safety practices.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas and equipment; stock and label food properly.
• Keep service areas clean and stocked, including hot dog roller, nacho and popcorn machines, condiment center, coffee, and fountain dispenser areas.
• Perform clerk duties in smaller locations as described in the clerk job description.
