Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Production driven with the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work nontraditional hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes daily work based on varying business needs.
• Gains knowledge of the Deli Department and products.
• Coordinates product orders using effective planning.
• Works with team to complete daily tasks: scanning, recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, merchandising.
• Monitors and maintains all food handling and temperature standards.
• Attends corporate meetings and training classes.
• Complies with personal and food safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
