The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and food preparation, and be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality. As a Deli Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent shopping experience by providing fresh, high‑quality deli products and exceptional customer service. Must be 18+ to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service
   • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their deli selections.
   • Provide information on deli products, including ingredients and preparation methods.
   • Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
   • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Food Preparation and Presentation
   • Prepare deli items, such as sandwiches, pizzas, and hot foods, according to company recipes and standards.
   • Ensure food is presented attractively and maintain fresh stock levels throughout the shift.
   • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality products.
3. Deli Operations
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including counters, display cases, and equipment.
   • Assist with stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring the deli area is fully stocked and well‑organized.
   • Work effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient deli operation.
   • Communicate any product shortages or issues to the deli manager or supervisor.
