Job summary

The GIANT Company in Wind Gap, PA is seeking a deli team member to help manage deli products from receiving to stocking, with a focus on neat, signed displays and accurate weighing and packaging.

You will provide friendly customer service, answer questions, and promote products while adhering to all safety, PPE, and company policies. This role supports the store team and community needs, following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service as part of every GIANT/MARTIN'S position.
• Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, mark, and package products.
• Maintain shelves, cases, and displays, including stocking and rotating products.
• Maintain proper cooler conditions and proper prep area sanitation.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations in the deli area.
• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements and report accidents.
