Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking a Deli Associate at Store 3422 in Johnson City, TN. You will greet customers, prepare fresh deli items, and support daily store operations.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and growth opportunities. Must be 18+, pass background/drug screen, and obtain Food Safety certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Prepared to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly service.
• Prepare delicious deli items with emphasis on safety, cleanliness and taste.
• Promote specials and promotions to customers.
• Replenish and organize deli supplies to ensure product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness across deli and service areas.
• Welcome vendor deliveries and uphold high standards during receiving.
• Prepare hot and cold items, packaged to our standards.
• Be flexible and ready to contribute in other roles as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
