Ideal Market is seeking a Deli Associate to greet customers, prepare hot and cold deli items, and maintain a clean, inviting food service area. You will learn multiple store functions through cross-training while providing friendly service and handling merchandise safely.

This role offers flexible hours, a team-oriented atmosphere, and opportunities to grow within a locally loved convenience store in Greenville. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

• Operating knowledge of weighing scales, slicers, and cash registers.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and regulations regarding food safety and sanitation.

• Capacity to communicate with co-workers and managers effectively.
• Enthusiasm to work as part of a team.
• Basic math and computational skills.
• Applicant who is 20+ years old to be eligible to cross-train.
• High school diploma or equivalent
