Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce deli products to production plan.
• Package and label deli products per program plan.
• Merchandise deli products according to flight plan.
• Stock backroom with deli products, rotating and dating cases.
• Coordinate with other departments and stores to support retail growth.
• Notify the Deli Manager when products or supplies need to be ordered.
• Follow PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines.
• Adhere to guest experience guidelines.
