This position is based in DeKalb County. This position is responsible paraprofessional work with County Extension Agents in a food and nutrition education program for limited resource clients. The employee will exhibit qualities of independent judgment. Work is performed under general supervision.
Job duties include planning, organizing, scheduling, and conducting nutrition and food safety classes for limited resource clients, including youth and adults, under supervision of County Extension Agent. Job duties also include assisting the County Extension Agent by researching and providing information requested by clients.
