• Entry Level: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and minimal experience (or 4 years relevant experience).
• Basic Level: Bachelor's degree and 6 years relevant experience.
• Mid-Level: Bachelor's degree and 12 years relevant experience.
• Senior Level: Bachelor's degree and 20 years relevant experience.
• Master's can substitute for 4 years of experience.
• 5 years experience can replace degree in most cases.
