Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field with at least 3 years in social media.
• Experience managing enterprise or leadership social accounts across multiple platforms.
• Experience developing and executing social media content and editorial plans.
• Knowledge of major platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X; platform trends.
• Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
• Ability to analyze data and translate into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support DHA social media accounts across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other platforms.
• Develop creative content tailored to platforms and audiences.
• Analyze performance and recommend new tactics and opportunities.
• Monitor trends and audience behavior to improve DHA presence.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and tactics.
• Coordinate with government planners for recurring plans and daily content.
• Develop, edit, schedule, and manage government-approved content across assets.
• Publish content using Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
• Monitor DHA channels and craft responses with Government coordination and approval.
• Ensure content complies with government policies and Section 508 accessibility.
• Support live-streaming events and digital broadcasts.
• Collect and analyze data for weekly, monthly, annual reports.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for DHA strategy.
• Conduct social listening and monitor online conversations with leadership.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely social products.
