Responsibilities

• Applies analytical techniques to evaluate program objectives for aircraft, weapons, and acquisition programs.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budgets, funding, schedules, risks, and performance data to support management decisions.
• Supports Program Manager for CAD/PAD in planning, managing, and executing programs.
• Collects, organizes, validates, and interprets programmatic, technical, financial, and business data.
• Tracks status, delivery schedules, funding execution, and performance measures.
• Follows government processes for documentation, configuration/change control, data management, internal controls, and reporting.
• Uses AMS tools (PMT, CSPT, CDRL) to support procurement planning and funding execution.
• Develops budget estimates, program plans, funding requirements, and financial execution reports.
• Presents financial and business recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintains financial integrity for funding from government and partner sources.
• Ensures data accuracy and compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal controls.
• Performs analyses to assess alternatives, costs, benefits, risks, and resource needs.
• Maintains and analyzes financial and program-management tools for informed decisions.
• Recommends cost adjustments and funding realignments.
• Provides data-driven advice on acquisition approaches and use of funds.
• Prepares decision-quality briefings, reports, and schedules for management.
