Qualifications

• 10+ years in Defense Program Management and/or Business Development, specifically 2-5 years within the SIGINT domain.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface for existing contracts and customer relationship management.
• Convert complex operational needs into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
• Propose technical solutions that enhance mission success.
• Oversee project lifecycles ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Mentor other team leaders and project managers.

Skills

Deep understanding of Software-Defined Radio (SDR)

Experience leading cross-functional teams

Education

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
