Job summary

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 5+ years in Estimating/Pricing or Procurement Financial Analysis.
• 5+ years in program or project management.
• 5+ years in a business-related function (Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex supplier proposals to determine fair and reasonable pricing positions.
• Perform cost and price analysis using statistical tools, market trends, and parametric models.
• Substantiate cost estimates and support negotiations with suppliers and customers.
• Collaborate across Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams.
• Ensure compliance with Boeing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and improve cost analysis templates, tools, and methods.
• Present analysis, recommendations, and findings to internal stakeholders.
• Support travel as needed.
• Influence procurement strategy and mentor team members.
