Qualifications

• Strong drafting, writing and legal research skills.
• Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Law firm and case management experience including depositions, motions practice, and trial experience.
• School law or public entity defense experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clients on defense litigation cases across multiple practice areas listed.
• Assist with depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation as needed.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to manage case strategy and client communications.
