Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Defense Industries All-Source Analyst to support government and military customers with all-source analytic production on defense programs, infrastructure, and capabilities.

You will develop high-quality deliverables and briefings for senior policymakers, apply IC tradecraft, and mentor peers while growing expertise in analysis, writing, and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Experience producing high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers.

With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting the ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.

As a Defense Industries All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of weapon systems. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.

You Have:

Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments

Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings

TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, weapon systems and equipment, and associated facilities and output levels

Knowledge of ICD 203 and 206 analytic tradecraft standards

Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR

The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
