Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Human Performance Data Scientist to advance DoD fitness programs and Total Force Fitness initiatives. You will analyze readiness standards, refine requirements, and produce executive trend analyses using Power BI, SQL, Python or R.

You will help develop policy, update manuals, and train end-users to enable informed oversight. You will collaborate with Marine Corps teams, deliver data-driven insights, and help design measurable outcomes that support national

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with DoD organizations.
• Experience with Marine Corps structures, Total Force Fitness, and policy.
• Experience conducting statistical analyses and interpreting large datasets.
• Experience designing performance measures using KPIs and MOEs.
• Proven ability to build AI-enabled dashboards in Power BI, SQL, Python or R.
• Translate analytics into policy-relevant guidance and end-user training.
