Job summary

LAUKOA seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting the Defense Health Agency’s Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE) in Silver Spring, MD. You will act as the primary liaison between LAUKOA, the Government, and the contracting team, ensuring successful execution of a complex behavioral health contract.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of full-time Contract Program Manager experience overseeing federal contracts or complex task orders.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams supporting government programs.
• Experience serving as the primary interface with Government customers.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple workstreams and deliverables.
• Experience developing staffing plans and monitoring contract performance.
• Experience with quality management and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between LAUKOA, the Government, and the contracting team for contract matters.
• Provide leadership, direction, and management for contract execution.
• Ensure delivery of technical, administrative, and operational requirements in the Work Statement.
• Lead a multidisciplinary workforce across research, analytics, health promotion, and execution activities.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, performance, and retention.
• Monitor performance against schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Manage schedules, milestones, deliverables, and reporting.
• Implement quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
