Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Financial Compliance Analyst to join our team at Bolling AFB, Washington, D.C. This role focuses on reviewing DoD audit findings, updating procedures, and coordinating with the CFO team across sites.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in federal accounting with DoD knowledge. Secret clearance is required; onsite work at Bolling AFB. Compensation ranges based on experience.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years in experience in federal accounting and business processes with experience in auditing and/or audit remediation a plus.
• Knowledge of DoD regulations including DoD FMR, DoDI, SFFAS, FIAR and related controls.

Responsibilities

• Review DoD financial statements and action plans to drive new procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with the CFO Team to understand audit findings and impacts on processes.
• Develop procedures to update the Audit Compliance portal with new policies.
• Suggest process improvements and communicate changes across sites via visits or symposiums.
• Coordinate activities with Contractor CFO Team, Operations, and Government Program Management.
• Deliver verbal and written responses to site inquiries.
• Maintain awareness of Federal Accounting Regulation changes and adapt processes.
