Job summary

Centro Escolar University is seeking a motivated engineering student for an internship that applies classroom-learned skills to defense programs, including airborne mission computers, display processing, stores management, and radar processing systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical programs aligned with the core mission, contribute to national security solutions, and engage in research-oriented work alongside award-winning teams.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited degree program in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related scientific or technical discipline, preferably sophomore standing or higher.
• Thorough understanding of engineering technology.
• Interest in electrical hardware development processes.
• Experience with circuit analysis, simulations, and troubleshooting from classroom and lab work.
• Ability to persevere through challenges with minimal direction.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance preferred at time of hire; applicants must meet eligibility for access to classified information.
