Qualifications

• 5–7 years of program management experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience in defense/aerospace manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program activities including planning, pricing, budgeting and cost analysis.
• Review budgets against performance and guide financial decisions.
• Develop strategies to meet time, cost, technical and quality targets.
• Control costs and schedules to stay within negotiated parameters.
• Ensure funding availability through accurate expenditure records.
• Plan budgets and schedules for major program portions.
• Provide interpretation of standards and guidance for project objectives.
• Influence decisions at senior levels and coordinate resource allocation.
