Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 4+ years in joint training.
• Knowledge of Joint Doctrine and Chairman’s Instructions/Manuals.
• Experience designing interactive web-based and blended learning courses.
• 3+ years as an ISD in developing complex courseware.
• 3+ years with eLearning practices in military training environments.
• 3+ years’ experience with LMS.
