Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required
• 3 years of data management experience in government/DoD contracting environments
• Experience with SOWs, CDRLs and DSLs
• Familiarity with TopVue, WindChill and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of MIL HDBK 61B, EIA 649 1A, ISO 9001:2015
• Knowledge of DODM 5010.12 and DODI 5230.24
• In-scope DoD secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate SOWs, CDRLs, and DSLs
• Process, track, and submit deliverables using the required tools
• Verify submissions meet contractual formatting, quality and timing requirements
• Maintain logs, version histories, and compliance documents
• Monitor deliverable deadlines and provide status updates to leadership and program teams
• Support audits, technical reviews, and customer engagements related to contract data requirements
