Job summary

Deloitte Bristol is seeking professionals to contribute to complex, technology-enabled transformation programmes in Defence, Security and Justice. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes and support operating model design and digital capability adoption.

All applicants must hold UK security clearance (SC). The role offers hybrid working, opportunities to influence major programmes, and exposure to business analysis, PMO, agile delivery and engineering delivery.

Qualifications

• All applicants must hold UK security clearance (SC level).
• Interest in Defence or Security environment with rapid sector knowledge development.
• Ability to take responsibility for defined tasks and deliverables with guidance.
• Awareness of delivery capabilities (project/programme management, PMO, BA, agile delivery, product/engineering delivery).
• Clear communication with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and report findings.
• Collaborative work in multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared outcomes.
• Ability to organise work, manage priorities and adapt to changing delivery conditions.
• Develop commercial awareness, including understanding delivery constraints and supplier interactions.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside engineering and digital delivery teams on product management, Scrum Master, DevOps or related delivery approaches.
• Support governance by producing plans, change information and workshop outputs.
• Contribute to digital transformation through operating model design and adoption.
• Support PMO and programme controls: progress reporting, budgeting, RAID management, data analysis and visualization.
• Mobilize and deliver large-scale technology-enabled transformations with governance and delivery planning.
• Gather and analyse programme performance data across scope and budget, highlighting issues.
• Take responsibility for defined tasks with business, technical and delivery colleagues to deliver high quality outputs.
• Build confidence with clients, contribute to meetings, and support proposals and business development.
• Share practical insights and reusable materials to support Deloitte propositions and methods.
