Bumble Inc. is seeking an FP&A Manager to join Corporate & Strategic Finance in New York or Austin. This individual contributor role focuses on internal group reporting, forecast management, and the annual budget process.

You will produce monthly financial packs, support board presentations, and maintain forecasting systems across NetSuite, Pigment, Workday, and Looker. The role emphasizes data-driven analyses and improvements in accuracy and automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, investment banking, equity research, or related finance role.
• Budgeting, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly reviews experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly reporting across FP&A suite and data flows (NetSuite, Pigment, Workday).
• Prepare and maintain KPI model, group month-end deck figures and quarterly board packs.
• Support Headcount & Staff Cost forecasting and reporting with Workday data updates.
• Perform month-end P&L and balance sheet reconciliations across the FP&A suite.
• Support Annual Budget and Quarterly Reforecast cycles with stakeholder inputs.
• Build and maintain standardized FP&A models and datasets (cost centers, reports).
• Lead discrete analyses end-to-end from hypothesis to takeaways for business decisions.
• Identify improvements to increase accuracy, automation, and standardization.
• Serve as Super-User for Pigment; support reporting/forecasting maintenance and data loading.
• Develop working expertise in Workday, NetSuite, Pigment, and Looker.
• Respond to ad hoc P&L, balance sheet, and KPI queries.

Introduction to Role & Team

Bumble is seeking an FP&A Manager to join the Corporate & Strategic Finance team and primarily support two core workflows: Internal Group Reporting and Forecast Management. Reporting to the Director, Corporate & Strategic Finance & Investor Relations, this is an individual contributor role based in New York or Austin.

You will help produce the Monthly Financial Packs and Quarterly Board Presentations, maintain the team's reporting and forecasting systems, and support the Annual Budget and Reforecasts. You will also contribute to the quarterly earnings cycle and lead ad hoc analyses on KPIs, financials, FX, and headcount.

What You'll Do

• Support monthly reporting, including the data flow between NetSuite, Pigment, Workday, and other reporting software
• Prepare and maintain the Monthly KPI model, the group month-end deck figures and charts, and components of the quarterly board packs
• Support the Headcount & Staff Cost forecasting and reporting model, including data updates from Workday, budget tracking, variance analysis, and materials for Senior Management
• Perform month-end P&L and balance sheet reconciliations across the FP&A reporting suite
• Support the Annual Budget and Quarterly Reforecast cycles by collecting stakeholder inputs, maintaining consolidation files, and preparing outputs for review
• Build and maintain standardized models and datasets for the FP&A team (e.g., cost center trackers and transaction reports)
• Lead discrete analyses end-to-end, from hypothesis through takeaways, and connect findings to the business decisions they inform
• Identify and implement improvements that increase accuracy, automation, and standardization across FP&A processes and reports
• Serve as a Super-User for Pigment, supporting reporting and forecasting maintenance, data loading, and configuration
• Develop working expertise in Workday (HCM), NetSuite (ERP), Pigment (Forecasting & Reporting), and Looker (BI)
• Respond to ad hoc P&L, balance sheet, and KPI queries from around the business, from high-level summaries to transactional deep dives

About You

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, or a related finance role
• Working knowledge of business planning cycles, including budgets, forecasts, and monthly and quarterly reviews
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to work with large datasets
• Strong presentation skills, with experience distilling complex data into clear exhibits for senior management
• Ability to communicate with both Finance and non-Finance colleagues
• Experience with Pigment, Workday, NetSuite, and Looker (or similar systems) preferred
• A self-starter who owns outcomes, adapts quickly, and thrives in a high-paced environment
• Curiosity about the details of the business and a desire to help bring Bumble's ambitious plans to life
