Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and process foreclosure documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to filing or next step in the workflow.
  • Print, prepare, and obtain required signatures on documents, including coordination with a notary as needed.
  • Manage assigned work within a queue-based workflow, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and established timelines.
  • Maintain production standards, handling approximately 15–20 documents daily while meeting defined service level expectations.
  • Track and meet performance metrics related to accuracy, timeliness, and quality through established scorecards.
  • Partner with internal teams and external legal partners, including attorneys and paralegals, to ensure documentation requirements are met.
  • Support mortgage and commercial foreclosure processes within the document execution (Doc Ex) team.
