FII USA, Inc, a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Equipment Engineer to join our team in Mount Pleasant, WI. You will support a wide range of equipment in a high-tech production environment, focusing on microfabrication and safety training for staff.

The role emphasizes maintaining equipment, reducing downtime, and developing SOPs while collaborating with internal and external users. Growth in smart manufacturing is a core focus of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with solid modeling, AutoCAD, and engineering materials/properties.
• 3+ years of experience in an SMT manufacturing environment preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in an electronic assembly environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of ECR/ECN engineering processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
