Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license, automobile insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Submit to Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Heavy vacuuming and dusting.
• Washing floors and walls.
• Dry/wet mopping.
• Washing windows.
• Deep cleaning of rooms.
• Deep cleaning of appliances.
• Packing/unpacking.
• Organizing/sorting.
• Closet clean-outs.
• Seasonal deep cleans.
• Install/removal of air conditioners (if applicable).
