Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Deep Cleaning Technician to perform specialized floor care and deep cleaning across commercial facilities. This full-time, year-round role includes a company truck and cell phone.

You will strip, wax, burnish, polish marble floors and operate floor-care equipment, while adhering to Health & Safety policies and using required PPE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial floor-care and deep-cleaning experience.
• Experience with marble polishing, stripping, waxing, burnishing, and maintenance.
• Experience operating commercial floor-care equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
