XPO is seeking an experienced Team Driver to operate in a home weekly schedule. You will join an existing team and partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while delivering freight across the network.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication with dispatch, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative environment. A five-day workweek with paid weekly pay is provided.

• Be a member of an existing team; both team members must apply.
• Able to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Have a working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Available to work away from home in a five-day workweek.
• Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements.
• Preferred: Team driving or over-the-road experience; strong coordination with dispatchers.

• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day work week away from home.

Pay, benefits and more:

Weekly pay

Mileage pay will be paid at the designated rate of $0.974 per mile, split between each driver ($0.487 per mile) for all tasks related to the completion of the load

Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided forenroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic,constructionor weather-related delays

Reimbursement for on-the-road showers

Typical schedule is 5 days on, 2 daysoff

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop off and work with fellow XPOemployees

Navigate various routes, maintain CMV safety, and ensure compliance with transportationregulations

Operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day work week away fromhome

Operate the vehicle safely within DOTregulations

Operate all internal freight transportation work tools and requiredsystems

TeamDriversarerequired to:

Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights (frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 75 lbs.)

Safely climb in/out of tractor cab/trailer

Sit for extended periods in a trucktractor

Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat andkneel

Operate a tractor-trailer combination for up to 11 consecutivehours;in all types of weather, while safely transporting all freight types

Properly operate a handheld device

Pursuant to U.S. Department of Labor requirements, the worker must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and record.
