Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in Oklahoma City is seeking a Full-Time Dedicated Kraft Heinz Merchandiser to execute merchandising tasks for one client across multiple retailers. You will stock, build displays, set signage, and perform other retail merchandising duties.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to instructions, and the ability to maintain high-quality work to meet client expectations. Travel up to 20% is required; lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance; and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Valid driver's license required; automobile liability insurance.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email required.

Responsibilities

• Perform product pulls, stocking, merchandising, and image capture according to provided instructions.
• Merchandise and execute all projects with the required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics.
• Must be comfortable using technology (i.e., smartphones and handheld devices) effectively and consistently.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and communicate opportunities or roadblocks.
• Work flexible shifts based on store requirements.

The Full-Time Dedicated Kraft Heinz Merchandiser is responsible for executing merchandising tasks for one client in multiple retailers. Tasks include stocking, feature and display builds, signage setting, and other retail merchandising tasks. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to instructions, and the ability to maintain high-quality work to meet or exceed client expectations. The Dedicated Kraft Heinz Merchandiser reports directly to the Market Sales Manager.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform product pulls, stocking, merchandising, and image capture according to provided instructions
• Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with the required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics
• Must be comfortable using technology (i.e., smartphones and handheld devices) effectively and consistently
• Maintain detailed knowledge of company policies Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to communicate work completed, sales opportunities, successes, or roadblocks Maintain the confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information
• Work flexible shifts based on store requirements

Qualifications

• Travel up to 20%
• Lifting objects and products to a maximum of 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs; in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate
• Work performed could be while sitting, standing, or walking Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing as well as upper and lower body mobility Independent and self-motivated
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required
• A valid driver's license is required as travel to additional locations is necessary
• Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained
• Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email are required
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
