4th Day Trucking in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a dedicated Class A driver for the Newton DC route with flexible weekly home time and a generous onboarding bonus.

You will haul about 2,300–2,500 miles weekly across NC, VA, MD and TN, with 90% drop-and-hook and shifts from 08:00 to 23:59, including night drives. Training pays $100 per day for 1–2 days on onboarding.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with 3+ months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 36 months.
• Pre-employment DOT Drug Screening (urine & hair).
• Residence within 60 miles of Newton, NC.

THE ROUTINE

• Driving Profile: Running ~2,300-2,500 miles per week across 4 loads into NC, VA, MD, and TN.
• Shift Details: Departures range between 0800-2359. Night driving makes up roughly half of your weekly mileage. Weekends and holidays are standard workdays (except Christmas).
