Dollar Tree is seeking a CDL-A dedicated regional dry van driver based in West Memphis, AR. You will haul freight across multiple states, averaging about 1,500 miles per week with a weekly 34-hour reset.

Expect competitive pay on a mileage and stop-pay structure, with home weekly schedules and consistent loads (roughly 3 loads per week, 3 stops per load). Valid CDL-A and DOT medical card required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable truck-driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.
• Ability to unload freight using roto-carts and liftgates.
• Must be able to secure truck parking at home or another approved secure location.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated regional dry van operation.
• Deliveries across AR, TX, OK, TN, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL.
• Unload freight using roto-carts and liftgates.
• Operate automatic sleeper trucks pulling 53-foot dry van trailers.
• Maintain safe driving practices and secure truck parking.
