LEM Trucking is hiring a Class A CDL Driver for a dedicated Midwest operation covering Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. The role offers 2,000–2,200 miles per week, 100% no-touch freight, and weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.

Equipment is 2021+ Freightliner/Kenworth with modern amenities, rider and pet friendly from day one. Drivers receive weekly pay averaging $1,300–$1,400, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and vacation pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience in previous 36 months.
• Paid orientation lasts about three days with hotel accommodations provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2021+ Freightliner or Kenworth tractors in dedicated Midwest lanes.
• Handle 100% no-touch freight with no loading/unloading.
• Maintain safety standards and company qualifications during trips.
