Job summary

Post and Parcel INC is seeking Dedicated Delivery Drivers in Granite City, IL to deliver last-mile packages with a focus on safety and reliability. You will scan, sort, organize routes, and follow customer instructions while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities include driving up to 50 lbs, meeting a daily target of ~100 stops, and maintaining clear communication with partners and customers. Must be 21+, have a valid Class E license, and pass background checks and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a VALID Class E Driver's License.
• Must be willing to submit for a Background check and MVR.
• Must be willing to submit for a 4-panel drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50 LBS on a regular, consistent basis.
• Previous delivery experience preferred, not required.
• Comfortable working outdoors, in the elements (snow, wind, rain, heat, humidity)

Responsibilities

• Driving safety: Safely operate vehicle under 10,000 GVWR and comply with state driving laws.
• Daily operations: scan packages, sort stops, organize totes, and deliver with accuracy.
• Customer service: provide a positive representation and clear communication with partners and customers.
