Pure Freight Lines is now hiring CDL-A dedicated independent team drivers in Richmond, VA. Starting pay is $0.85 CPM with opportunities to earn up to $0.95 CPM after six months. We offer a $6K sign-on bonus, paid orientation, and consistent miles with no-touch freight.

Transitional Pay after 30 Days

Paid Orientation

You start at $.85 CPM for the first three months (loaded + empty - all miles paid).

After the first three months, your pay increases to $0.90 CPM, and after 6 months with us, it increases to $0.95 per mile (loaded + empty — all miles paid).

NO Security Deposit!
