Job summary

Family Tree Private Care in Houston, TX is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support older adults in daily activities, mobility, meal prep, and safety at home. You will provide respectful, person-centered care to improve quality of life.

This role requires reliability, the ability to pass a background check, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation. Training is provided, and you’ll join a dedicated health care community focused on compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to provide professional references.
• Driver's License.
• Auto Insurance.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to our older adult clients to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience
• Help clients with bathing, getting dressed, brushing teeth and grooming
• Support with toileting activities and incontinence care
• Prepare meals and help with grocery shopping
• Help with laundry, light housekeeping and making beds
• Perform transfers and using mechanical devices
• Attend trainings and complete continuing education as required
• Become an integral member of the health care community
