Boyd Bros. is seeking CDL-A dedicated drivers to join a driver-first family that values safety, reliability, and real-life balance.

Earn $1,200-$1,500 per week with around 2,000 miles, home weekends (and a mid-week return), and a clear, consistent schedule. New flatbed drivers receive two weeks onboarding with paid orientation in Birmingham, plus $2,000 as onboarding earnings.

CDL-A Dedicated Driver Details

• Reliable pay you can count on. Drivers earn $1,200-$1,500 per week, running around 2,000 miles.
• Home weekends, every week. Run hard during the week and be home every weekend, plus 1+ times during the week, giving you a rhythm that works for real life.
• Consistent schedules. Work Monday - Friday with Sunday departure times for Monday morning deliveries. Some night deliveries required.
• No flatbed experience? No problem. Start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, then spend a second week driving with a flatbed instructor. Earn $2,000 during your two-week onboarding while you build new skills.
