Schneider National in Converse, TX is seeking dedicated flatbed drivers to haul containers on PODs. You’ll strap and secure cargo, work 2–3 loads per week with 2–5 stops per load, and drive throughout all 48 states.

This role offers mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, plus strong bonus potential including a $3,000 sign-on for experienced drivers and a weekly guarantee during the first 90 days. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Live within 50 miles of Converse, TX.

Responsibilities

• Haul containers on flatbed trailers.
• Strap and secure PODS containers to flatbeds.
