Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages and documents efficiently and on time to designated locations in and around Welkom.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to schedule.
• Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered in the condition they were received.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including recipient signatures and any delivery issues.
• Conduct routine checks on assigned vehicle to ensure it is clean, safe, and operational.
• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions.
• Communicate proactively with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any potential challenges.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
